With 15 years experience in audiology, Iqbal have dedicated his career to offer compassionate and clinically excellent care, striving to improve the quality of life for individuals with hearing and balance challenges by continuously seeking out opportunities to refine his skills to ensure of delivering highest standard of patient care. Staying updated with advancements in hearing amplification technology is a consistent priority, ensuring patients have access to effective, personalized solutions. Currently, a significant part of his professional fulfillment comes from mentoring aspiring Audiologists, believing in the importance of sharing practical and clinical experience and foundational knowledge to support the growth of our future colleagues.

Role of Portfolios
- To facilitate the development and enhancement of interpersonal skills of audiology students by encouraging active participation in MANSA’s activities.
- Organising students events such as meet and greet, student camp, webinars and workshops to prepare them before joining workforce as well as to build networking.
- As a liaison between audiology students and audiology professionals.
Standpoint and Focus in Audiology
- Hoping that the field achieves consistent, high-quality, evidence-based practice across both public and private sectors in Malaysia, particularly in the routine use of essential practices with more guidelines published that suits Malaysian populations.
- Strong and united professionals will cultivate a stronger and more confident workforce through effective mentorship and professional training. This ensures the future generation of Malaysian audiologists is equipped with the good knowledge and skills.
